Welcome to F3 Harris County, the free men’s workout group serving Hamilton, Pine Mountain, Waverly Hall, and the greater Harris County, GA area.

We’re part of F3 Nation — a growing movement of men committed to becoming stronger leaders in our homes and communities. We meet outdoors for workouts and community every week, and it’s always:

Free of charge

Open to all men

Peer-led by local men (we call it “Q-ing”)

Held outdoors—rain or shine, heat or cold

Ends with a “Circle of Trust” (COT) to grow connection and purpose

Our Mission

“To plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.”

F3 Nation Mission Statement

F3 Harris County exists to help build stronger men—physically, mentally, spiritually, and relationally. Whether you’re just getting off the couch or already crushing marathons, there’s a place for you in the gloom.

Why We Exist

F3 stands for:

  • 🏋️ 1st F: Fitness — We push one another through bodyweight and bootcamp-style workouts.
  • 🫱 2nd F: Fellowship — We connect through coffee, hangouts, and shared life.
  • 🙏 3rd F: Faith — We seek something bigger than ourselves. We’re not a religious group, but we believe in living with purpose and giving back.

What to Expect

  • Show up 5 minutes early. We start on time.
  • Bring gloves (optional) and water.
  • Leave your ego at the door — we’ve all been the “FNG” (Friendly New Guy).
  • All workouts are “You vs. You” — push yourself at your pace.
  • We wrap every workout with COT where we share names, gratitude, and support. We’ll also enjoy some coffeeteria afterwards so bring a mug if you’d like a cup o’ joe!
