At F3 Harris County, we do workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:15 am – 6:00 am at Hamilton Square Park.
Workout Types

Bootcamp Workout – Monday and Friday
A fast-paced, high-energy mix of bodyweight movements, strength work, and cardio bursts designed to challenge every fitness level. Expect variety, teamwork, and a full-body grind that leaves you stronger and energized for the day. Consider bringing gloves and water.

Ruck – Wednesday
A steady, weighted walk using a backpack or ruck to build endurance, strength, and resilience. Simple, scalable, and highly effective—rucking delivers a solid workout while keeping conversation and camaraderie front and center. If you don’t have a ruck, show up anyway! We have extra packs or we can swap off if necessary.
